Spicy Gingered Beef with vegetables

If you love spicy food and chinese flavors this is an easy and fast recipe to try.

Ingredients

250 gr beef steak thinly sliced
100 ml sunflower oil mixed with 20ml sesame oil
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1 garlic clove minced (or grated)
2 bashed small dried red chillies (or to taste)
freshly ground pepper
1 large red pepper deseeded and sliced
1 carrot shaved into long strips with a peeler
1 large leek trimmed and cut into pieces
6 spring onions trimmed and finely sliced
a handful of celery leaves roughly chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sweet chili sauce

Preparation

Preheat oil mixture in your wok over a medium-high heat. When it is hot add the meat and stir. Cook for 3 minutes and stir in the ginger and garlic. Cook 1 minute while adding bashed chilies and a pinch of pepper. Stir in the spring onions, carrot and pepper slices. Cook 2 minutes. Stir in leek pieces. Cook 2 minutes and stir in celery leaves. Add soy and sweet chili sauces and cook for 3 more minutes.

Serve with rice or noodles.
