Movie – Surrogates

Not the classic Willis action movie type. I loved it.

Set in a world where people live through robotic copies of themselves, the movie appears to be a futuristic mystery. The story line it’s fairly solid and has quite few interesting twists. Special effects are good and although they are not in a short supply they are not outshining the story.

Tomato sauce

Great sauce for pizza or pasta.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium red onion, peeled and finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, , peeled and finely sliced (or you can grate them)
4 medium tomatoes

Pizza dough

Serves 4 medium pizza bases.

Ingredients

200ml of tepid milk
650g strong white bread flour
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 teaspoons of honey
